Can I make changes to my order?
We can assist with shipping address changes, and cancelling your order. We can not amend our products once you place your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as we receive the orders, if you wish to make any changes, these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of your placing order on the website.
Please email beauty@beautywithinbox.co.uk quoting your order number and the full information.
Can I get a refund?
If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order.
Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Please pack the product carefully in our original packing to avoid damage in transit. The product must be unused.
If you have hand written a gift message on the card, this order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days from the point we process your refund.
If you wish to request a refund please contact us at beauty@beautywithinbox.co.uk quoting your order number and order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How are our refunds processed?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
Unfortunately, we can provide UK Mainland delivery only and we can only offer free delivery with "Royal Mail 48 Tracked(3-5 Working days)"for all orders at the moment.
Order before 2pm for SAME DAY DISPATCH (Mon-Fri).
For Sat-Sun orders will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Orders placed over any Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the next working day. This includes No Royal mail deliveries on these days.
Please note that delivery times are not a guarantee. We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however there are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery, please check the Royal Mail website for delays. Please see Royal mail website for further guidance on their services.
My order never arrived, what should I do?
Please contact us within 28 days of placing your order otherwise we cannot assist with your order.
We can investigate the delays after 14 working days of the dispatch date.
Please note Royal mail can only investigate if the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days.
